Terms and Conditions – 26pkr Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 26pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.

All financial transactions on 26pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the platform's payment section at the time of your transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account before you initiate a transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary by method.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit in most cases. This is a standard fraud prevention requirement. Key conditions that apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier and eligible games or bet types are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Most bonuses may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, or per device.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Withdrawing your real money balance before completing wagering will typically result in the bonus being forfeited.

Sports betting on 26pkr covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Tests, and ICC tournaments), football, esports, and other sports as listed in the betting section. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation. If odds change between bet placement and confirmation, the updated odds apply unless otherwise stated.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where a cash-out feature is available and offered on that specific market.
• All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the governing body. In the event of a dispute or protest, settlement may be delayed until the official result is confirmed.
• In-play bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant event due to a delay in odds removal will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets with one or more void selections will be settled on the remaining legs. If all legs are voided the full stake is returned.

Cricket-specific rules: PSL matches abandoned without a result are treated as void unless a result has been determined under the tournament's own rules (e.g. Duckworth-Lewis). In-play markets for over-by-over totals are settled based on the runs scored in that specific over regardless of the overall match outcome.

The live casino section on 26pkr includes roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and live dealer table games available around the clock. The bingo section includes 75-ball, 90-ball, and speed bingo formats in various rooms with different prize structures.

All casino and bingo play is subject to the following:

• Game outcomes in live casino are determined by the real-time actions of the live dealer and physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel). 26pkr has no control over individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during live casino play, the bet already placed will stand and be settled based on the game outcome. If the game itself cannot be completed due to a technical issue on the platform side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Bingo game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator for the draw of numbers. Results are final once the game has concluded.

• Attempting to access other users' accounts or the platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or deposit limits by opening a new account after a self-exclusion request has been made.

26pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A violation of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder's identity cannot be verified to the platform's satisfaction.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, available real money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) are held and returned to the user if the investigation concludes without a confirmed violation. Where a violation is confirmed, 26pkr may withhold all or part of the balance in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the user's registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

• Any loss of data arising from technical failures, provided the platform acts in good faith to restore functionality and records.
• Actions taken in good faith based on information provided by the user that later proves to be inaccurate.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms that do not change their substance, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
